Once you've successfully downloaded the app, you can begin registering your cards
What happens if my debit card is lost or stolen, or I get a fraud alert?
Contact us right away if your card is lost or stolen.
Turn off your card in the SecurLOCK Equip app
After you receive a replacement card, you will have to register it in the app.
If you get a fraud alert:
Call 1-855-962-1602 within seven (7) days. The phone is answered 24/7.
After seven (7) days, call your preferred branch for resolution.
